Meet the BUNKHOUSE 8
The BUNKHOUSE 8 is Soaring Eagle Campers’ full-size truck camper designed for ¾-ton and 1-ton trucks, and able to fit in an 8’ truck bed with the tailgate closed — allowing you to use your rear-view camera and tailgate sensors, as well as any built-in steps your tailgate may feature.
Like every Soaring Eagle Camper, the BUNKHOUSE 8 is constructed of all-welded, tubular aluminum and composites, and features a fully enclosed and heated basement; a TRUMA Combi high-efficiency furnace/water heater; electric jacks; a spacious bathroom/shower with plenty of room to maneuver (40″ x 40″); a 12V refrigerator; a nice-sized kitchen with a 2-burner cooktop, microwave/convection/air-fryer oven, and loads of storage. The open floorplan makes the camper feel much larger — enhanced by automotive-grade foam in the faux-leather dinette seating and a residential-quality queen mattress with a memory-foam top. The permanent north/south bed has dual nightstands with built-in chargers and outlets, plus storage along each side of the bed — ALL STANDARD in the base price.
The BUNKHOUSE 8 shares its platform with Soaring Eagle’s AERIE 8, which TRUMA rated a GOLD CERTIFIED coach after testing it at only 5°F in their climate chamber — proving the exceptional insulative value of the camper.
